This little guy is going to stick with his mom for about six months, grasping his mom’s belly as she moves through the trees. This six month period will be an important time for this little sloth development as he’ll learn from his mom and develop the skills he needs to survive by himselef.
When the sloth leaves its mom after about six months, it adopts part of its mother’s range, continuing to communicate with his mom through calls. 😍
