Great Pootoo – Yes They Are Real

Just a Great Pootoo – Nope, we’d not heard of one before either, however, with their wide eyes and even wider mouths, great potoos have become something of a meme in the digital realm. This little guy is the largest of the potoo species and you’ll find him in tropical America. Like owls, this species is nocturnal so this capture by @andres.vasquez.n in daylight is probably a rare find!
