These look very well taken care of. They’re not underweight and don’t have infected eyes, for example. Not sure why they’d be sick. I don’t know if they look so clean and fluffy because they were given a bath and deflea-ed or if their mom kept them clean.
In any case, they had a good mom. It’s a pity she wasn’t rescued too, since they’re a bit small to be separated from her.
