Touching Trunks - Elephants Herds In The Wild Are Made Up Of Primarily

Elephants herds in the wild are made up of primarily females. The oldest female, known as matriarch, is the leader of the herd. The male elephants live in herds until they are 15, then, most live on their own for the rest of their lives! This cool picture was taken by @spotclickpost and these too young siblings still have some time together which they seem to be enjoying 🐘
